How It Works: The Details

Contents:  All my work is one of a kind.   I use sterling silver (.925) for all chains, clasps, and connections, unless otherwise specified.  I hand make all the wire wrapped links holding the pearls and stones and linking chain.   Occasionally fine silver (.999) elements are used.  All stones, to the best of my knowledge, are natural and considered precious or semi-precious.  All pearls are natural fresh water pearls, and any materials that have been artificially colored are to be considered stable.  On occasion I will use antique or “found objects”.  But unless specified, no glass, plastic, or base metals are used.

How to purchase:   All electronic payments on this site are processed through PayPal.  You may use a PayPal account, or any accepted credit card.  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE.  You may also contact me directly to pay by check or money order; your merchandise will be shipped after your method of payment has cleared.

Shipping:   Orders are shipped by USPS priority mail 5 to 7 days from receipt for a flat rate of $5.00.  If you wish to have your order insured, please note that when you make your order so insurance charges may be calculated and added to your order when it is processed. 

Returns and refunds:  Returns are accepted within ten (10) business days of receipt, provided permission is given via telephone or email communication for the reason for the return.  Refunds are for the full purchase price, minus shipping charges.  Returns must be in their original unworn condition in the original packaging, and shipped insured for the purchase price.  We cannot be responsible for lost returns.
